Join the Team at the Phoenix Hub

If you’re looking for more than just a paycheck, you’ve found it. Federal Express Corporation (FEC) is the heartbeat of the American economy, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Phoenix Hub. This isn’t just a warehouse job—it’s a gateway to a long-term career. We pride ourselves on a “safety-first” culture where you’re treated as an individual, not just a number.

The Perks: Why Choose FEC?

We offer one of the most competitive benefit packages in the logistics industry, starting on Day One.

  • Top-Tier Pay: Start at $20.25–$22.75/hr, with weekly paychecks.

  • Education First: Get $5,250 in tuition reimbursement every single year. There’s no lifetime cap, and you’re eligible the moment you start.

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage after a short waiting period.

  • Time for You: A generous PTO program (up to 5 weeks!) and paid parental leave for both moms and dads.

  • Career Growth: Access to our Purple Pathways program to help you climb the ladder within the company.

What to Expect on the Floor

This is a high-energy, physical role. It’s a great way to stay active and get paid for it.

  • The Work: You’ll be loading, unloading, and sorting packages of all shapes and sizes.

  • The Schedule: Part-time shifts at the Phoenix Hub generally run 3 to 6 hours. If you’re full-time, expect to work two shifts (6 to 10 hours total).

  • Flexibility: We work with you to ensure your shift fits your life, not the other way around.

Understanding the Logistics Flow

To succeed in a hub environment, it helps to understand how a package moves through our system. You are a critical link in this chain.

  • Unloading: Packages arrive from planes or trucks and enter the facility.

  • Sorting: Using advanced technology and manual oversight, packages are routed based on their destination zip code.

  • Loading: Sorted packages are placed back onto outbound transport to reach their final destination.

Workplace Safety & Ergonomics

Since the work is physical, we prioritize teaching you the right way to move. Keeping you injury-free is our top priority.

  • The Power Zone: Always keep packages close to your body, between your mid-thigh and mid-chest.

  • Team Lifts: Never hesitate to ask for help with oversized or awkwardly shaped items.

  • Hydration: Especially in the Phoenix climate, staying hydrated is essential for maintaining your energy on the floor.
