As a Bilingual Teller, you’ll be the face of the branch, helping customers navigate their daily banking while identifying opportunities to help them reach their bigger financial goals.

What You’ll Do

  • The Customer Connection: Deliver a unique service experience by processing transactions accurately and educating customers on better ways to manage their money.

  • Lobby Engagement: Step out from behind the counter to help customers use our banking technology and tools.

  • Identify Opportunities: Use meaningful conversations to spot banking needs and refer customers to the right branch specialists.

  • Operational Excellence: Stick to policies and procedures to ensure the branch runs smoothly, accurately, and securely every day.

What You Bring

  • Communication: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to serve our diverse Phoenix clientele.

  • Mindset: You are accountable, proactive, and genuinely care about the “Customer Experience” (CX).

  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Education/Experience: No degree or prior banking experience is required. We value your potential, military service, or comparable life experience more than a specific diploma.
