Your Role at the Studio

As the first and last point of contact, you set the tone for every appointment. Your day will be a mix of high-energy customer interaction and organized administrative flow.

Client Experience: Provide a warm, genuine welcome and ensure every guest feels pampered.
The Hub: Manage a busy schedule of appointments, answer inquiries with a smile in your voice, and direct calls efficiently.
Sales & Systems: Process transactions and drive retail sales. We use industry-leading software like Millennium and Zenoti, so experience here is a massive plus.
Studio Pride: Maintain a tidy, organized workstation and uphold a neat, professional appearance that matches our upscale brand.

Compensation & Schedule

We believe in rewarding the people who keep our studio running smoothly.

Pay: $14.70 – $17.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Performance: Opportunity for Sales Bonuses on top of your hourly rate.
Shift Structure: Part-time (4–6 hour shifts).
Availability: Looking for a mix of days, evenings, and rotating weekends at our Arcadia location.
