Join a Winning Team at Orion Homes
Looking for a career that actually sticks? If your resolution is to do work that matters, we’d love to meet you. Orion Homes isn’t just another facility—we’ve been recognized as a Top Work Place for five years running (2021–2025). We’re looking for dependable, kind-hearted people to support our residents living with SMI, TBI, and dual diagnoses.
As a Caregiver here, you’re the backbone of the home. You aren’t just “watching” residents; you’re helping them navigate daily life—from cooking meals and managing medications to providing companionship and assisting with personal hygiene. It’s hands-on, rewarding work that requires a cool head and a big heart.

-
Health & Safety: Administering medications accurately and keeping the home clean and sanitized.
-
Documentation: Keeping digital records of resident progress, behaviors, and goals.
-
Community: Taking residents to appointments and helping them practice coping skills.
-
Collaboration: Working with your house team to ensure every shift runs smoothly.
What You Need to Bring
-
The Basics: High School Diploma or GED.
-
Credentials: You’ll need a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and CPI certifications.
-
Health: Proof of TB clearance (Skin, Blood, or X-ray).
-
Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo (and more with a partner).
-
Mindset: You’re a team player who exercises sound judgment and respects HIPAA privacy.
