About the Role

In this multifaceted position, you will act as a primary point of contact for our customers, managing everything from initial greetings and store inquiries to final checkout. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the POS system, ensuring all transactions follow secure money-handling protocols while maintaining a perfectly stocked and accurately priced sales floor. Beyond individual tasks, you will play a collaborative role in the store’s growth by assisting with the training of new hires and ensuring every phone or in-person interaction reflects our high standards of service.
