Nike is seeking a high-energy, collaborative Product Line Manager II to join our Global Football division. Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

  • 2 years of related product experience

  • Ability to manage multiple timelines

  • Passion for or interest in Global Football

  • Strong organization, detail oriented, and deadline management

  • Global awareness and cultural appreciation

  • Insight gathering abilities

  • Proactive work ethic

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn

  • Strong decision-making and consensus building skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Keynote, Miro, PPT, Adobe Suite, and Excel

What You’ll Work On

  • Support the full product creation process, partnering with Product Management and cross-functional teams.

  • Prepare for key meetings, including sample setup, document updates, and meeting recaps.

  • Maintain alignment across partners through clear, timely communication.

  • Manage and track samples; document and communicate all product changes.

  • Keep key tools and systems accurate and up to date (e.g., Visual Line Plans, Sales Tools, Miro Boards, Change Logs).

  • Analyze business metrics and support line planning activities.

  • Partner with the category information analyst to validate MMX data (costs, pricing, forecasts).

  • Ensure data integrity across systems and guide teams through critical checkpoints.


About the Role

As a Product Line Manager II, you are the central nervous system of the product lifecycle, responsible for maintaining momentum from the initial brief to the final retail approval. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex timelines, validating critical financial data with analysts, and ensuring total data integrity across our visual and digital planning tools. By bridging the gap between design vision and operational execution, you provide the essential organizational structure that allows our cross-functional teams to deliver world-class football apparel and equipment.
