Crystal Equation is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant V to serve as the primary technical liaison for our Tier A+ advertising partners. This is a high-level, remote role for a strategic problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of complex ad-tech infrastructure and client-facing consultation, ensuring our advertising solutions drive maximum value for North America’s largest brands.

Skills:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree

• 8+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries

• Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business, able to autonomously prioritize, and communicate effectively with sales and clients.

• Experience with technical troubleshooting our Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem

• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences

• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery

• Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP

• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs

About the Role

In this senior-level consultancy position, you will build deep technical expertise across our signal, measurement, and delivery products to provide bespoke setups for elite advertisers. You will act as a critical partner to our sales teams, resolving complex technical issues, managing high-value books of business, and collaborating directly with engineering and product teams to squash bugs and drive long-term technical service plans for the market.
