Procom is seeking a skilled Elite 3E Support Analyst for a long-term contract on behalf of a premier legal client based in the New York City area. Elite 3E Support Analyst – Mandatory Skills:

3–5+ years of experience in financial systems support or similar application support roles.

Hands-on experience with Elite 3E or equivalent financial management systems.

Knowledge of SQL for ad hoc queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with system integrations and supporting third-party applications.

Providing first- and second-line support to finance teams and end-users.

Solid understanding of financial processes (time entry, cost recovery, financial reporting).

Excellent communication skills.
Elite 3E Support Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

Prior experience in law firm, legal, or financial environments.

Experience with system maintenance and configuration updates.

About the Role
As an Elite 3E Support Analyst, you will be the primary technical steward for the firm’s financial management system, ensuring the stability and accuracy of critical financial operations. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting complex functional issues, writing SQL queries for ad hoc reporting, and maintaining data integrity across all system modules. Working closely with both IT and Finance, you will act as a vital bridge to ensure seamless time entry, cost recovery, and financial reporting.
