Sr. ELM Launch Program Manager

The Reliability Maintenance and Engineering (RME) team is looking for a Sr. ELM Launch Program Manager to spearhead the operational readiness of Amazon’s diverse fulfillment network. In this role, you will bridge the gap between construction and active operations, ensuring that every site—from local delivery stations to high-tech fulfillment centers—is equipped with the localized RME support and technical setup necessary for long-term success.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level• Experience working with and managing third party vendors• Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing

As a high-impact leader, you will own the end-to-end launch process, coordinating with third-party contractors and internal stakeholders to hit critical path milestones. This role demands a proactive problem-solver who can navigate ambiguous environments and manage heavy travel (50%+) to oversee onsite execution. You will be the primary point of contact for RME leadership, driving communication on risks, change control, and site-specific training to ensure a seamless transition into the Amazon network.
