About the Role As a Server Assistant, you are the engine that keeps our dining room running with “exceptionally distinctive” grace. Your role is a blend of precision, speed, and support. You’ll ensure that every guest enters a lobby and dining area that is pristine and visually stunning. By assisting Servers with food and beverage delivery, and masterfully clearing and resetting tables, you create the seamless flow that defines our high-end dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Synergy: Act as a critical support system for Servers to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.

• Ambience Management: Maintain the lobby, dining room, and service areas to ensure they are clean, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

• Table Turnover: Efficiently clear, sanitize, and reset tables according to our sophisticated standards to welcome the next party.

• Safety & Sanitation: Uphold the highest levels of health and safety practices, ensuring a sanitized and safe environment for both guests and team members.
