About the Role As a Line Cook, you are the engine of our kitchen. This isn’t just a job; it’s a platform to showcase your precision and creativity. You will work closely with a professional culinary team to prepare menu items that meet the highest standards of taste and presentation. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for your station’s organization, food safety, and the consistent delivery of high-quality plates. Whether it’s a busy weekend brunch or a high-profile yacht provisioning order, you’ll ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is a masterpiece.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Execution: Prepare and cook menu items following specific recipes and guidelines with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets the highest standards for both flavor profiles and visual presentation.

  • Station Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, strictly adhering to food safety standards.

  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen flow and efficient service.

  • Efficiency: Consistently produce high-quality dishes under pressure in a high-volume setting.


Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Expertise: Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling.

  • Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing demands quickly.

  • Physical Stamina:

    • Ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift.

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

    • Comfortable working near hot surfaces and open flames.

    • Skilled in the safe use of knives and specialized kitchen equipment.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and all holidays.
