About the Role As a Store Associate, you are the face of the Five Below brand. You’ll do more than just stock shelves; you’ll be a “Fun-Provider,” helping customers navigate our latest tech, beauty, and snack finds. You’ll be responsible for driving engagement through promotions, managing efficient checkout experiences, and ensuring the sales floor is always ready for the next “WOW” moment. Whether you’re processing payments or organizing a new shipment of five-dollar favorites, your goal is to provide a shopping experience that is as welcoming as it is exciting.

Qualifications:

• Age: Must be 16 years or older.

• Flexibility: Available for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Tech-Savvy: Competent in operating registers and handheld devices.

• Communication: Skilled in customer service and professional problem-solving.

• Development: Ready to participate in on-the-job training and practical education.

Essential Job Functions:

• Efficiently operate the cash register and process payments.

• Lift, transfer, and organize goods weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Reach shelving up to 10 feet high and ascend ladders.

• Engage in frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and standing for extended durations.

• Constant movement across the sales floor and stockroom areas.
