About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you are the heart of the store’s daily operations. You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face at the counter, ensuring every order is processed accurately and quickly. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll do more than just take orders—you’ll assist in preparing our quality products, managing inventory, and keeping the store in top shape. If you have great “service recovery” skills and a knack for making people smile, you’ll thrive in our “people-first” culture.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Ability to operate all store equipment and use computer/touch-screen POS systems.

• Capability to stock ingredients and move products from delivery to storage areas (including walk-in coolers).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for processing orders in person and over the phone.

• Basic math skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly to make correct monetary change.

• Excellent eye-hand coordination to maintain speed and precision in a high-energy environment.
