About the Role As a Pain Management Specialist, you will lead the clinical efforts in delivering high-volume, advanced interventional care. You will be responsible for performing a wide array of procedures—ranging from radiofrequency ablations and kyphoplasty to complex spinal cord stimulator implants—with a high-efficiency expectation of 50 procedures daily. Beyond the procedure room, you will design precision treatment plans and collaborate with a robust team of nurses and therapists to provide holistic care that addresses the full spectrum of a patient’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in pain management.

• Board certification in Pain Management or a relevant discipline.

• Exceptional clinical acumen and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Procedures: Perform radiofrequency ablations, epidural injections, kyphoplasty, intrathecal pump placements, and spinal cord stimulator implants.

• Assessment & Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and medical history reviews to create individualized, diagnostic-driven treatment plans.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with physical therapists and specialists to ensure comprehensive recovery and care.
