About the Role As a Salad and Sandwich Maker, you are an artisan of real ingredients. Forget the typical fast-food assembly line; here, you’ll prepare and assemble fresh salads, plate our signature soups, and craft sandwiches using high-quality components. Your goal is to balance speed with accuracy, ensuring every guest receives a consistent, high-quality meal delivered with a warm smile. You’ll play a key role in setting the next shift up for success by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and contributing to our unique culture of belonging and trust.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• Minimum age: 16 years of age.

• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training. (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).

• You enjoy working with food. (Food service experience is preferred but not required.)

• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.

• This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• While performing this job, the Salad and Sandwich Maker role is regularly required to:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.

• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
