About the Role As a SONIC Cook, you are the leader of the “Appetite Satisfaction Department.” You’ll be the master of the grill, fryer, and food production stations, ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards. This hands-on role involves everything from precise food portioning and dressing items to order, to maintaining a sparkling clean kitchen. If you’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys delivering the “bee’s knees” of food service, we want you on the line.

Requirements:

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays

• Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need

• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills

• Ability to follow directions

• Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC Drive-In restaurants

• General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required
