About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Parts Manager to lead our inventory operations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our parts department—from tracking incoming shipments and maintaining a balanced inventory to supervising stock order procedures. You will act as a mentor to Parts Associates and Drivers, ensure accurate billing, and serve as a dedicated problem-solver for customer service issues, ensuring our department runs with precision and professionalism.

Job Requirements

• Proven success in a managerial role is required

• 2-5 years inventory management experience preferred but not required

• Automotive sales background a plus

• Strong leadership skills

• Attention to detail is a must

• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

• Strong written and communication skills

• Professional appearance and work ethic
