As a Restaurant Team Member, you are the face of our “Noodleily,” acting as a cashier, server, and guest service expert. Your role is to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door until their last bite. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Hospitality: Deliver a warm, professional greeting and provide clear, confident answers to any menu or dietary questions.
Order Management: Accurately process food orders and handle cash/credit transactions using our point-of-sale systems.
Service Excellence: Navigate guests through our diverse menu, including modifications and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
Operational Flow: Work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and speed of service.
Facility Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area in accordance with all local and federal food safety regulations.
Collaborative Support: Bring a positive, dependable attitude to every shift, assisting teammates to meet guest expectations during peak hours.

PREREQUISITES & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
Communication: Ability to read, speak, and understand English clearly to interact with guests and staff.
Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and reach. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Certification: Ability to obtain and maintain any required local food safety licenses or certifications.
