CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Hospitality: Deliver a warm, professional greeting and provide clear, confident answers to any menu or dietary questions.

  • Order Management: Accurately process food orders and handle cash/credit transactions using our point-of-sale systems.

  • Service Excellence: Navigate guests through our diverse menu, including modifications and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.

  • Operational Flow: Work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and speed of service.

  • Facility Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area in accordance with all local and federal food safety regulations.

  • Collaborative Support: Bring a positive, dependable attitude to every shift, assisting teammates to meet guest expectations during peak hours.

PREREQUISITES & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.

  • Communication: Ability to read, speak, and understand English clearly to interact with guests and staff.

  • Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and reach. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Certification: Ability to obtain and maintain any required local food safety licenses or certifications.
