THE ARENA EXPERIENCE The United Center is the largest indoor arena in the United States and a cornerstone of Chicago’s West Side. As the home of the six-time NBA Champion Chicago Bulls and the three-time Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks, we host millions of fans annually for sports, concerts, and world-class entertainment. We are searching for vibrant, customer-centric Team Store Associates to join our Fan Shop and help craft unforgettable memories at one of the most legendary venues in the world.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Elite Guest Service: Deliver a welcoming and helpful shopping environment for every visitor entering the team store.

  • Proactive Engagement: Greet and acknowledge every fan immediately, maintaining a high-energy presence even during the busiest pre-game and halftime rushes.

  • Product Expertise: Act as a brand ambassador by answering product-related questions and staying informed about store vendors and merchandise placements.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the Fan Shop remains organized, clean, and visually appealing to maximize the guest experience.

  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels on the floor and communicate effectively with management when specific sizes or styles require replenishment.

  • Technology Integration: Learn and operate advanced RFID technology for seamless transactions (full training provided).
