AI may be used to assist with formatting or grammar, but the core content must accurately describe the role and reflect your company’s unique requirements.

3. Valid Application Links
All jobs must include direct, functional application URLs that lead to an official company career portal or application form. Links must not redirect to unrelated sites or collect personal information outside of your official channels. Misleading, broken, or unsafe links are prohibited and may result in immediate removal of the posting.

4. Professional and Inclusive Language
All job postings must maintain a professional tone. Content containing hate speech, discriminatory language, harassment, or material that could harm or offend applicants is strictly prohibited. We encourage inclusive language that welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds.

5. Prohibited External Content
Job postings should be focused solely on the role and your company. Spam, advertisements, affiliate links, or promotional content unrelated to the job are not allowed. Any postings containing such content may be removed and could lead to account suspension.
